# Rapports

Pour configurer votre premier rapport, allez dans [**Statistiques personnalisées > Configuration > Rapports**](/statistiques-personnalisees/configuration/rapports.md)**. .** 

Une fois créés, les rapports de statistiques personnalisées sont accessibles directement depuis le menu de gauche dans le BMS.

Cela permet d'accéder rapidement aux rapports existants et ainsi les configurer si besoin.

Les données statistiques par heure (exemple modéle : rapport conversations par heure) sont disponibles pendant une durée de 30 jours.&#x20;

Un message informatif est affiché au-dessus des graphiques associés.
