# Files d'attente

Pour maintenir les utilisateurs en attente si tous les opérateurs connectés sont à leur capacité maximale (en conversations simultanées), il est possible de configurer un système de file d’attente.

Lorsque l'utilisateur sollicitera votre connaissance pour accéder au Livechat, il sera placé en file d'attente si l'opérateur n'est pas disponible, en raison d'une ou plusieurs conversations en cours.

Un message informera l'utilisateur qu'il est en file d'attente. Il aura ensuite la possibilité de quitter la file d'attente et de continuer à discuter avec votre bot s'il le souhaite.

Lorsque le conseiller aura terminé sa conversation en cours, la nouvelle conversation en file d'attente apparaîtra sur son pupitre, et il pourra alors la prendre en charge.
