Pour chaque opérateur, il est possible de configurer le nombre maximum de conversations qui peuvent être gérées simultanément. Le nombre maximum de conversations simultanées par opérateur est limité à 10. Lorsque le maximum de conversations simultanées possibles est atteint pour chaque opérateur, les utilisateurs finaux peuvent passer à la file d'attente.
